Enneagram courses and workshops

We offer beginning, intermediate and advanced Enneagram courses and workshops for individuals or organisations interested in personal development and understanding of the Enneagram.

Monthly meetings

We facilitate 3 hour monthly meetings on a range of really insightful Enneagram topics, and other related tools and personal development exercises.

Presentations on the Enneagram

We give 1- to 3-hour PowerPoint presentations on the Enneagram to small and large conference size groups. These presentations are interactive and experiential.

Integrated Leader™ programme

The Integrated Leader™ programme (under license from WorkSmart Learning Systems Inc, USA) is a leading international values-based leadership development programme based on the 9 Tenets of the Enneagram. We deliver this programme over an 11 month period to leadership and management teams.

Personal Statement

We are delighted to be a part of The Enneagram Institute Faculty and privileged to be associated with Don & Russ through the starting of The Enneagram Institute of Johannesburg (the first on the continent of Africa!).

We have been working with the psychology of the Enneagram as an essential resource for understanding human behavior and motivation since 2002. We regard the Enneagram as one of the most profound and powerful tools for self-knowledge and personal development available today. Our capacity for compassion of others has dramatically improved as a result of the Enneagram.

Our mission is to expose, teach, workshop and interact with anyone, and particularly the corporate business environment on the personal/family/team/organisational benefits of the Enneagram. Our aim is to deliver workshops and training programmes in a non-threatening environment that will truly unlock the true essence and potential of the participants.
