Peter and Eleonora jointly represent The Enneagram Institute in the UK. They bring to this enterprise their talents of Enneagram study, business, counselling, and Diamond Heart work developed in their independent lives and careers. Their aim is to expand the knowledge of the Enneagram by providing a professional service and top quality training without losing the human touch. They believe in the possibility of profound change through the Enneagram and wish to make it accessible to people from all walks of life.

After a successful and rewarding career in the Armed Forces, Peter joined a Business Consultancy to find ways of enhancing the effectiveness of job fulfilment. He helped establish an international Partnering consultancy with offices in South Africa, Australia and Hong Kong. Peter now works interdependently with a group of talented independent consultants bringing together specific talents to meet individual client needs in a small consultancy specializing in creating environments for effective working. In his work he uses material from Stephen Covey, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Claire Graves and Ken Wilbur. Also the lessons learned from his Diamond Heart Approach and the Enneagram are central to his approach and philosophy.
He has a profound belief that people should be happy and enjoy life and he devotes his life to helping people see greater possibilities. The Enneagram, which he has studied for about 6 years, is a major part of his work. He is currently involved with others to establish a business friendly Enneagram Tool. The awareness and ego distraction from his Diamond Heart work are also central to his approach.

Eleonora’s work and personal life are influenced by her spiritual quest from which springs a passionate interest in people’s well being. In her work, she uses and combines her ongoing spiritual training in the Diamond Heart Approach with classical and contemporary approaches in psychology to support and offer an environment for people to learn about themselves and be more of who they are. She has been actively studying the Enneagram for the last six years and uses it, when appropriate, in her counselling.
She believes we all hold the key to our own development (be it mental, physical, or emotional), but are subsumed by our ego fixations with its needs, wants and desires. Lost in our identifications we are not free to express what is real about ourselves: our essential nature. She strongly believes that the Enneagram offers a powerful, deep level of understanding of ones personality. What she values is true self-expression, openness, communication, authenticity and interpersonal relationships.
