We offer 1- to 2-hour fun presentations and 2- to 3-day workshops for inexperienced enquirers, individuals, or organizations interested in personal development and understanding of the Enneagram.
Business Applications of the Enneagram
The Enneagram can bring understanding and guidance to our day-to-day business and work activities. This program is designed to improve your communication skills, to build and sustain relationships, to avoid and resolve conflict, and to map and sustain change.
Workshops are available as in-house programs for organizations and as open courses to individuals at various locations in Asia.
Enneagram Coaching
The Enneagram is an exceptional tool for coaching. Using the Enneagram is not a quick coaching fix, but its profound insights enable clients to make great developmental strides quickly. We offer workshops teaching managers, teachers, or mentors how to become great developers using the Enneagram.
Personal Statement
For me, the Enneagram is one of the most powerful tools for discovering our unnecessary fears and distorted thinking, and giving us a path to release ourselves from them. I am delighted to be part of the Enneagram Institute Network, and to bring the Riso-Hudson work to Greater China. My approach is to translate Enneagram theory into practical applications and help individuals to use the Enneagram to rediscover their gifts and their joyfulness in life.
