"Full Spectrum" Teaching
Don Riso and Russ Hudson offer the most complete three-Part Training Program now offered on the Enneagram anywhere. The Insight Approach® is a "full spectrum" approach to the Enneagram and its types. No other Training course offers the range or depth, the content and precision of the Riso-Hudson Enneagram Training Program.
All elements of Enneagram theory and practise are parts of the Riso-Hudson
Training Program. Don and Russ are the only Enneagram teachers to give
students specific, in-depth information on the types, the Levels of
Development (their unique contribution), the wings, the arrows, the
Instinctual Variants (or "subtypes"), the Centers, the Hornevian and Harmonic
Groups, short panels, the history and transmission of the system, using the
Enneagram for spiritual growth and Inner Work, experiential exercises and
debriefings, and 400 page Training Manuals in Parts I and III. All of this
rich material and teaching is presented in an open, warm, and accepting
atmosphere that allows participants to relax and let drop away some of the
features of their personality.
