2. New Live Coaching TeleConference Series: The Enneagram and Integral Coaching—Applying the Theory. Our first joint teaching with James Flaherty of New Ventures West was such a success, that we will be offering another 11-session TeleConferences Series starting on May 14th that takes our collaboration to the next step by offering real-time coaching of each type as the centerpiece of this new series.
The series will be focused on coaching individuals of different Enneatypes who are dealing with a wide variety of presenting topics. The first 2-hour session will be an overview of the whole series, with a chance to revisit the key elements we will be using throughout the rest of the course, including the main principles of Integral Coaching and Riso-Hudson Enneagram theory. Then there will be nine 2-hour sessions, one per type, beginning with Type Eight, The Challenger. There will also be a bonus, free 11th session, during which participants can check in with the three leaders on how their coaching with the Enneagram has been going, ask questions, and brainstorm how to further the insights that have occurred during the series. Participation in this new, live-coaching TeleConference series will be limited to 100. We recommend that participants have sufficient background in both Integral Coaching and the Enneagram, as basics about coaching and the Enneagram will be assumed in the coaching sessions. You need not have participated in the 2007 TeleConference Series in order to join us on this one.
This particular TeleConference Series will likely not be repeated for a few years, as we plan to develop a longer in-person Training next. If you use the Enneagram in any kind of growth work with clients—coaching, counseling, in human resources—the depth and clarity provided in this TeleConference Series by this synthesis of Integral Coaching and the Riso-Hudson Enneagram will enrich and deepen your capacity to help clients. 3. The Open House (open to all) and Barn Gala Opening (for RH Students only): May 9-11, 2008. The Barn Gala is a gathering to celebrate the official opening of The Barn at Stone Ridge for Enneagram Institute events. Everyone is invited to a festive Open House on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm to celebrate with Stone Ridge community members, including those who were involved in renovating The Barn. The special Workshop for Riso-Hudson students only, taught by Don and Russ, begins on Saturday morning and ends after the Sunday morning session. See details below. (We are ending earlier than usual for Mothers Day.)

4. Psychic Structures Workshop in Holland! Don’t miss Russ’s extraordinary teaching of the EI Workshop, The Psychic Structures and the Superego which will be offered in Holland from June 20-22, 2008. The Psychic Structures and the Superego Workshop is an astonishing “eye-opener” even to long-time students of the Enneagram. It presents the nine types and their inner dynamics in a new, clear, and compelling way—through visual models of the types and their inner dynamics.
The PS Workshop takes participants deep within the psychological “operating system” of each type, making it possible to understand why each type is the way it is. Through sequential visual models (like “blueprints” or diagrams of the psychodynamics of the types (originated by Don and Russ), the PS Workshop enables participants to see each type as a whole. For most, this new depth of insight allows us to feel compassion toward each type in a way never before possible. We see how the ego activity of each type is driven by the superego, the inner critic that keeps us locked in old, self-defeating patterns from childhood. The Workshop features Russ’ brilliant teaching of this fascinating material as well as meditations, type-based experiential work, and music.

5. New Product: ResourceBook PowerPoint Presentations Now Available to All! One of our most popular products, the ResourceBook PowerPoint Presentations, is now available to students and non-students alike. These PowerPoint slides were developed by Lynda Roberts (working closely with The Enneagram Institute) and are a companion piece for the ResourceBook for Workshop Teaching, which is still available only to Riso-Hudson Students. The PowerPoints follow the contents and layout of the ResourceBook, and will make teaching the Enneagram even easier and more effective. They are very “user-friendly” and contain animations and beautiful, clear graphics to enhance your presentations. The slides can also be customized for your own needs.

6. Members Only Pages to become Fee-Based Soon. During the Summer of 2008, we will be adding some new, exciting features to our "Members Only" pages, and charging a nominal annual fee for access to this section of our site. In addition to some of our most popular features that are currently free, the new features will include the Ennea-Thoughts for the Day and 12-15 fun, educational, and interactive Ennea-Quizzes, as well as other new material. Some materials will be moved out of the current "Members Only" and remain free to all, but a selection, including the new features will become fee-based.
7. The Part III Training, the only one in the USA in 2008, for Riso-Hudson Students Only, will be taught by Russ Hudson and Gayle Scott from March 28 to April 2, 2008 at the Simpsonwood Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The price is $1,895, all inclusive. To register, click here.
In Part III, we build on the insights of previous Trainings and make practical applications of the Enneagram in our personal and professional lives. This Training emphasizes the Imbalance of the Centers, the Instincts, the Virtues, typing exercises with video, group and individual exercises, the Harmonics, and other advanced material. As with all of the RH Trainings, the psychological and the spiritual are integrated in a way that is both clarifying and transformative. To be eligible, you must have attended our Part I Training.
8. Authorized Workshop Teachers are Now Offering Programs! The Enneagram Institute is training qualified Riso-Hudson Certified students to teach four of our core Workshops so that these Workshops will be more widely available around the world. The four Workshops that will initially be taught constitute a standardized curriculum so that those attending anywhere—in Sydney, London, San Francisco, or Hong Kong, for example—will receive the same content, exercises, and RH psycho-spiritual orientation.

***Don't forget the new 15-page Type Charts for Therapists, Coaches & Counselors, which serve as a memory aid to the key materials from the Riso-Hudson books and teachings, allowing therapists, coaches, and counselors of all schools of thought to see precise and useful information organized by type "at a glance." This new product, developed for our 2007 TeleConference on Coaching and the Enneagram with James Flahery of New Ventures West, is a presentation of the most important features of each personality type, designed to allow quick access to the major psychological issues of each type for professional during sessions with clients.
The Type Charts are in color and are available as a download for $35 or in plastic sleeves in hardcopy for $50. Both formats are letter-size (8.5 x 11). ***The Russian RHETI is available in booklet form on our Shopping Cart thanks to one of our students, Marina Kaldina, a native Russian, who lives in Moscow. The price is still $10 per copy plus S&H.
***The RHETI Sampler is available as a paper download for $25 for unlimited copies. This way teachers and coaches can print it out and give the Sampler to their clients. Many, of course, go on to take the full, independently validated RHETI, or the QUEST-TAS.
