I'm a 5w4 and have a lot of trouble socially. I feel people seem to either love or hate me. I'm interested in buddhism and try hard to be a good, loving, kind, compassionate person. I think an outsider would view me as relatively attractive with a "good life". My husband says people are jealous of me and that's why I have trouble finding good friends, or why I get negative responses from some people. But really I think there must be real reasons why people dislike a 5w4? Is there some sort of vibe a 5w4 gives off that repels others? |

But seriously though - I know you were only joking about being fully conscious of your agressions and so on. Obviously, you were.
But perhaps you take things too much to heart -- like growing an authentic replica "GI Gurdjieff" moustache just like your favoured teacher (just kidding!), or like our little tiffs and spats of yesteryear.
I kinda forgot them pretty fast, fun though they were. I can let them wash off me. It's easier to do when you have a less dramatic self-image; there's less of a city to come crumbling down and it's not so precarious in the face of comparison.
No hard feelings (and only teasing about the moustache). |

She says it was a joke (and at the time, I thought so too - she's currently an SO/SX 8w7, because sexual fives suck after all), you say you weren't [blocked due to guideline #4 violation] at retyping per se, but at how various people were acting when they retyped you.
To VO: Trying to find a circa 2004 thread on the current board is impossible in some cases on this board. You know that, I know that. Some of the older threads have been archived offline or just plain deleted. It's disingenuous to demand evidence in this case.

I didn't think it was a joke. I think she was bothered by lila re-typing her beacause I've noticed she tends to play up a lot for lila -- tending to show off and such, rather a lot, when lila is on the threads. |

The first time I went after Leda, marie and Veiled one was not the occasion that led to marie's departure; it was exactly six months earlier in October 2007. The only time of my retyping on ediots was in April 2007, immediatey following the EIDB fight with carlos.
The time of marie's departure was April 2008 and involved no re-typing at all.
*At the time of marie's departure, Leda finally came forward and openly admitted that she had no problem with my self-typing and "had only jumped on the bandwagon at the time". And so my suspicions were confirmed.
The reason I flared at you and Leda and slider (and not marie, because that was a different occasion and for very different reasons) was much the same as the reason carlos flared at me when I was niggling at him on the EIDB: I saw you as irritating "mosquitoes" (albeit his anger at me was for separate reasons, probably more aligned with what he recently put to dfgray), and Leda's admission confirmed my suspicion.
Why do you keep avoiding the answer and hoping that you will hear what you want to hear?
Why did you not contribute to discussions on your type just because you were being re-typed?
