I hate having wet socks because of the rain.

I hate the sweaty feeling when you walk to class and when the inside air hits you and all the warmth the three layers of clothing you were wearing was keeping in makes you sweat. Or something. I hate that. I feel violated everytime.

I hate having fuzzy teeth.

I hate haircuts and when I'm due for one (like right now).

I hate it when I'm in a social situation and trying to be friendly and open and what I get is someone staring back at me like they don't get me because I'm not interacting with them through 'normal' and 'designated' talk and action styles. I hate that tonight as someone was describing how chickens can eat their eggshells to replenish calcium is pretty much like us eating our fingernails, I went and said 'yeah, I think some people do that. As a kid I used to eat my fingernails, but it would sometimes get caught in my throat and I'd feel like I was choking'... ooops! Wrong thing to say. I was given the flat-out 'too much information...' instead of the uncomfortable laughter that I wanted.

I hate that when I can't be charmingly awkward/weird because others are too damn busy being charmingly conventional. And conventionally witty. "Haha, let's all laugh together, and let's have our outlandish jokes actually be underlyingly always within the realm of the socially acceptable. Let's pretend we are bad-asses".

I want to be awkwardly weird and witty. It's my style.

I hate having literally cold feet, as they are now because of the wet socks.

Oh, but I have a secret love tonight: making pdf's out of scanned documents. Wow, I would love editing stuff like that all the time. Mmm...

Anyway, share your hate for the small things in life...

This newspaper. It's pretentious and cliched, oh-so liberal and progressive, and feels like reading it is supposed to be part of an integrated lifestyle choice where all your other choices are consistent with its values. The writing is often poor and illogical, the views sometimes silly and the English and written expression is increasingly of a blog-like quality.

I cringe when I read down a column on some important issue to find an f-word in the middle of the text. It's self-consciously 'liberal' and obviously just trying too hard.

I hate people who don't look where they're going. I hate loneliness. I hate insecurity. I hate that I haven't battled these completely.

Ugly cars…
such as Jalopnik’s rendering of the 2014 C7 Corvette

Maybe a 15-year-old might think that this car looks cool
and is worthy of the Corvette name and heritage.

i remember paying the equivalent of £180 for a ticket home from Delhi to Birmingham in 1999 (booked a week before travelling) and then getting to Birmingham station and having to pay £60 for a train to Glasgow. kind of said it all about British public transport.

It's cheaper for me to go to Spain than Scotland, yet English people still go there often rather than to Spain
I would have just said rail fares but everything has to be UK otherwise people won't know what I'm talking about. And I might talk about British things coz they are under my nose, everyone on here sounds very american to me, it's not a problem to me. Sometimes my writing goes fiddle dee dee but mostly people irl think I'm low class
