Does it look innocent? Well it's not -
The infidelity phone:

Posted - 11 May 2013 : 01:11:55 AM Spring comes suddenly in Canada. When it does, it's glorious.
From this past week....
Daffodils in my side garden that were planted already more then 10 years ago and they keep blooming up every spring.

Dandelions and some kind of African violet looking weed flower that I love for it's purple wildness is covering my backyard right now. They will all get mowed down soon enough. But, I loves their wild colourfulness even though my allergies are killing me.

Taken from underneath my White Maple tree that is dying of some kind of Maple tree disease, when the leaves started budding this week. Finally.

I could lay there like Newton (except it's not an apple tree :P) staring at the sky and leaves all day long.

no they were doing a scene for the 2nd part of their horror film (plug) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1495819/ available at fye (/plug) and i got to sit in on the shooting.
however the actor in the scene actually had just come off kidney surgery if that make it any more valid.
the picture of the person is the producer/director.

I think it is a really cool idea that they do it. I miss working there and seeing it everyday in October. It is unique. |

Posted - 30 Sep 2012 : 12:19:18 AM Haha. Yeah. That kid had some creative guts.
Well, one time my sister was going to the high school football game with her friends and was all dressed up. I got out my super soaker 2000 (that was some awesome 90s tech right there) and drenched her as she was walking to her car.
Another time, I hid in the backseat when she was going on a date with her boyfriend and they didn't know it until they got to the theater. I got to watch the movie but her boyfriend gave me a shove.
I bet you are good sister. I can just tell.
Yeah, I was 5 years younger than my sister and 3 years younger than my brother so it was a lot of them trying to push me out of the nest and a lot of me trying to defend myself. When I acted out it was more of a pre-emptive strike. My sister and I have a good relationship now though other than some personality conflicts, but we are aware of them so it is all good. |

Posted - 30 Sep 2012 : 12:04:57 AM *that* was your reaction to the toothbrush story?! Lol. That guy is a sx 7/8 and still bananas, but so funny.
Anyway, the sibling thing can be complicated by that whole instinct of wanting to push the other(s) out of the nest as to keep more resources for oneself.
Overall I'd say I'm a great sister. My brother says so anyway
How were you annoying?

Posted - 29 Sep 2012 : 11:50:26 PM You weren't so bad as an older sister then. That was kind of cute.
And ahahaha on that little brother classic. Probably all kinds of screaming and yelling when he did that.
My sister wasn't as nice. She was 5 years older than me. My mom couldn't figure out why everytime she got the sweeper out I would cry and run away. Until one day she saw my sister chasing me with it. Or when I was learning how to walk and all wobbly she would push me so i'd fall on my butt. She takes pride in these things to this day. Ha.
I was pretty annoying when she was in her teenage years though so I guess it evens out.

Posted - 29 Sep 2012 : 11:33:54 PM Hey hey hey whoa.
A neighbor girl and i built a "tunnel of love" for my little brother and her little sister, and made them kiss at the end, but i would NEVER do what your friend's older sister did to you. Messed up.
Oh, and my friend's little brother stuck her toothbrush up his[blocked]and came down in a towel while we were having a girly slumber party, asked where her toothbrush was, then dropped his towel, bent over with his back to us, and ...
Younger brothers, man.
