I am shore it will be help full for those who need or are seeking the advise.
Be very weary of colts that preach of the ideal, they can make people angry when they find they have been manipulated out of may of thousands of $$$$$ later, years later.
I am not in to the covey colt it has flours in its systems may be great for SJ's and Left brain thinkers who wont hard work and uniformity and global compliance among all Men.
I want to one day, right the book, Habit 10, the final habit. Lead with quadrant D sentered with in your Higher mind and exersize, a, b, c in that order.  and Be a franchise of God.

This is so true of me for how I lived most of my life! But now, I know when I am angry, though some times, it may take a little longer for me to be aware that I know I am angry!

That's common for me too, that there is a delay in my awareness of anger. |

The 9w1's I've encountered seem to at least let their 1 part out from time to time and express uncharacteristic anger. The 9w8's I've known have seemed to be dissassociated from their 8 part. They'll be dominant and self-righteous and the next moment become a compliant 9 without any memory of their 8ness.
I have a 2w3 friend of whom I'm trying to egg on her repressed 8 part. I'm a 5w4 with little tact at times. |

6s write books about fear as the driving motivation for all people, 9s write books about anger. You get the idea..
Maybe it wasn't even written by a nine. My mother has a book about anger and the language is so nine-ish, I think JoL could have written it. |

I've been told my 8 wing is so strong I could almost be an 8w9. I'm pretty much always aware of my anger. Perhaps I'm unaware that I'm unaware of my anger. I don't think so though.
My anger is always justified. Not in a 1ish way. I just always have very good reasons for it.
I'm too understanding to express my anger immediately though.
