I want a salad wrap
this rum was half price in the shop I didn't go to
my town is beginning to feel like stars hollow
if I lick wood I'll get splinters on my tongue
sometimes my Uncle looks like Tony Blair
I wish I lived in France

All my feelings feel more intense now.
Life was so gray and apathetic.
Now everything is so much more vivid.
Life is joyous.

I wish I had blue eyes
All the gays who look great are on TV
The ones irl are not attractive
I won't settle down with a guy who has flaws
I am not perfect myself but I need to be
I might be alone for the rest of my life
That is the price for having impossible standards

If sex is good, is 'good' pointless? Why do I feel inky black. In the morning, if I sleep at all, I'll eat fibre. The books are stacked in a similar way to the architecture in Venice. When I was 7 I dreamt I flew down the stairs. This bottle lies under my chin like a rabbit once did. My brother is celestial. The stars are exploding in my headache. Roshan smoked a cigarette. I wish I had a cigarette. My sister threw up on this pillow once

Yeah that Sally's a hell of a gal. Hell of a gal. I took her for a spin once. What do you mean, what do I mean? I mean a spin, spinning like. No the circular kind. Don't start with me, what else would it mean?

Did you take your vitamins today? Rob says you have to. I took a few too many, myself. Oh those definitely weren't vitamins.

and off we go again

I could never post random [blocked due to guideline #4 violation] like whatever-is-on my mind in a pinch for a thread like this with a bunch of strangers and that is getting really old, because I think I feel that way everywhere. How many of you will edit your posts?

Ice on the sidewalk and a dusting of snow...I want to stay in. I need to to get some Pecorino...let the city breathe me in and lose my darkness in the traffic and laughing voices. My mind hates winter and it's a dark night, but my lips feel like a child if I put on peppermint chapstick. I'll wear warm mittens and walk.

I really wish the board didn't have edit/delete functionality either, but just a "delete everything" feature. I can at least quote you, though. Always fun.

I made cookies. They are warm. Screwdrivers are tasty. I've gorged myself on eggnog today. I shall again tomorrow. It's fattening. I could use the weight. It's nice to be of a good weight. Running allows me to eat what I want. I don't like eggnog and alcohol.

Astral getting old. Orpheus picture for her. Ghostly swarm. Strange interaction of serious circumstance and purity. Orpheus looks like a pool. I wish I had a cigarette. I should have been asleep 5 hours ago. That scarf died red looks like my fears. Reading names wrong. Riley is very heady. The British Museum looks best at dusk. I'm out of milk. Resisting sharing darker stuff. Everyone probably is. Still, great read. Start is a cereal I wouldn't dare to go near. Ethan strangely endearing. I need to die for Nick. I will die for him, somehow. I need to go to Cambridge. My library book is overdue.

I swear by the edit function. Unfortunate, really.

I feel silly. Eggnog is supposed to be alcoholic. I was using the wrong spirits. I should get some captain morgan. I wish I was a captain. Then I could be captain Morgan. Then I could drink my name sake and drive aside from the time spent in the head or mess.

Well, it's actually quite tempting, Saintly. When you invite everyone to open up like this. I love reading stream-of-consciousness stuff; it's probably my favorite thing. I do it all the time, privately, but I wouldn't show it to many. Probably one of the most constructive forms of thinking I've ever stumbled upon.

On a sidenote, I have nothing to eat in the house but frozen fruit and pistachio shavings and am too lazy to go grocery shopping. It's a problem.

Tis my favourite thing, too. I record mine, too.
There isn't a post on here that I don't love and doesn't make me want to squeeze everyone in pure delight. Perhaps my anger is partly about how shut off everyone is.

I wish I could come over and make you some ricotta lasagne. We were born in the wrong generation: all the technological brains with slow progress. 100 years from now there'll be some kind of device that allows people on the other side of the world to just rock up and make each other lasagne all within an hour or two.

Yes, it bothers me how shut off everyone is, too. So, I have gotten tired of always being the one who explodes and breaks down all over the place and just don't say anything most of the time now. If I got started, I might not stop so I just don't. Unless I will.

I found a stray packet of instant oatmeal that I will dine on, but ricotta lasagne would be so much better. I wish I could apparate anywhere I wanted. That would make it so much easier. You've always seemed like a very intriguing type. Dinner would be cool.

i hoped never to feel like this again
i don't like it
where did my happiness go?
i know it's bad when i can only listen to sad music
maybe i choose to be sad--maybe it's helps me feel alive
my cat is so cute. i love him
is this how it's going to be forever?
my neck hurts
i've been a bad friend lately
oh kurt vonnegut, be my boyfriend
i fall in love with a lot of dead men
i look sad in pictures
when did that start?

I get mixed reactions to blood. When I see it I think of it like any other bodily fluid. It is a mixture meant to carry oxygen and nutrients throughout the body. It is gross stuff, but it isn't toxic. But I do worry every long once in a while if the blood carries disease. All the really nasty disease are transferred by blood. It's the easiest form of transporting disease, blood to blood contact. I've seen blood before. If I was at a traffic collusion I'd react with my mind. I'd go numb and mechanically examine the bodies for check breathing, check for bleeding, and check for shock in that order. I'd perform CPR, bandage and press wounds, and stablize the body as best I could if needed. I would feel compelled to do so as a citizen with the knowledge. I'm a Eagle Scout, I feel like I'm expecting to act since I'm blessed with the knowledge to help.

I go numb at gross things. I break them down objective. Like I did with blood above. I mentally repeat to myself over and over how "reality" is, and it calms me. If I can imagine for example blood of its components, hemoglobin, white blood cells, nutrients, and other stuff it doesn't seem so bad. I can do the same with other bodily fluids and disgusting things. I don't get grossed out easily. Society forces me to still react to them. I can be a slob, but I stay tidy because others like it. When I cook or clean I keep a low standard if it is just myself but if it is for anyone else as well then its a very high standard.

I'm back and forth between checking this forum and reading student's poetry for a Creative Writing class I'm taking. I feel like I'm the teacher, grading everyone. It's strange, but I see something amazing in every single one of them. I do not have to put effort into being too "nice". I certainly point out what I don't like, but the fact is that I don't find too much to dislike. These people are all so honest in their own way. I expected to hate everyone else's poetry, but there's at least ten of them that could go on to be very successful writers. It seems like everyone can write if they just allow themselves. Look at this thread.
The class is perfectly unstructured, and I love the freedom. It would be just the kind of class environment I'd like to be running haha. But, I don't want to be a teacher. I always thought I was going to be rockstar.
It's infuriating that classes like these are being attacked so harshly by the administration, and we may expect to see them disappear if the economy here continues to fall apart.

That's the plan. If I can stomach school for that long, it'll be a phd. I'm in undergrad at the moment, though.

Everyone has sensitive parts
Very touching when they weep
Even when they become hardened

The lunar drama
Your vertical eye, bleeding tears
The lashes gather around the lashing
Back to the egg with you
Back to the moon

This chick should be stuffed
It's the holidays
