*hug*
Yeah. I'm fine now though. It's really hard to spook me with bad dreams. Usually they come once a month. This month has been crazy for dreamworld.
I've been getting tons of dreams where I wake up this month. I swear, I thought I had some inception going on.
I wake up in dreamworld, do things( I forgot what) then with a jolt wake up. But I'm still in a dream.
Dreams within dreams. What's up with that? |

A general update about me Enneagram-wise:
Career ... success ... recognition ... all traits of a Enneagram 3 at Level 4 health. Those have been less and less important to me lately. It's not like I have been struggling to let go of them like I have in the past. It's just been a dropping away. It's nice not to struggle, though I wouldn't call myself "healthy" quite yet.
Now I've been training for work that fits me best, spending time with people I easily get along with, getting recognition from people who already value me as a person. I don't know if this makes me "healthy", but it feels a lot less stressful and I enjoy life more.
I've been perusing threads here about understanding the Enneagram system as a whole instead of the "what's my type" threads. I also like reading the battle threads -- very creative! I'm appreciating the wisdom of Almaas and the Diamond approach. I've also looked into Theravada Buddhism, the Law of Attraction, and the Michael Teachings (www.michaelteachings.com) ... the systems are very different, but they don't necessarily conflict.
I've noticed that a few people in real life are attracted to me and try to bring me down to their level of health. They want to complain about things they think they are helpless over. They want to have sex with me and forget me. They want to talk about their bad decisions and want me to be depressed as well. I don't go for that. I don't want unnecessary drama. Life can be tough as it is. Why not enjoy the peace that comes with the positive?

There's a sexual 2 at my work that can't start her day without a kiss from me. I am at a loss because I really am just providing her with a free service that she ain't paying for.

Depends. Sometimes she's content having a kiss on the cheek, but as of late she's been getting more aggressive and started asking kisses on the lips more often.

Connections injure within their own delicacy Only a true freak earns aristocracy All else is mere failings When stolen by the flesh of a crook Even the Witches trees roots can go rotten When her wood dies of the scars from lightning

Thank you so much for asking Lake..I started physical therapy for my neck and the first phase has taken some getting used too making it sometimes hard to concentrate on reading the boards..I wrote that little poem last night half asleep and it felt good to post it..I'm also looking forward to working on the jevoudrais thread now that I know how tough the audience is ..I'll need to find some new material .. How have you been? I have only been reading a few posts... |

FaceTime Is Making People Hate Their Faces So Much They’re Getting Plastic Surgery
"Patients come in with their iPhones and show me how they look on [Apple's video calling application] FaceTime," says Dr. Sigal. "The angle at which the phone is held, with the caller looking downward into the camera, really captures any heaviness, fullness and sagging of the face and neck. People say ‘I never knew I looked like that! I need to do something!' I've started calling it the ‘FaceTime Facelift' effect. And we've developed procedures to specifically address it."

Robinfalsehood, that tree... it's just what my gameplay needs.
May I borrow it for the battle thread?
