I'm very unhappy that I've gained weight.
I guess I shouldn't complain, because the rest of my life is great. But still, it bums me out because I'm vain about it. |

OK, we will walk for an hour a day and chat on the phone. We can also do the ab work out together over the phone. You should have the cd by now. Mine will be here in a dew days.
We will work out and then write. Your work is going to take time away from all that, but we will have at least 2 days to work out and write together without you being worn out. When you start school again that will be another thing to work around, but until then, we should take advantage of the time we will have.

Ah, well it was worth a try, anyway. It certainly tastes good enough to binge on, though I'm more likely to abuse salty foods. That's funny, I don't hear from many other dark chocolate lovers 
Haha, I have only bad advice from this point onward.
Going for walks and adding the fruits and vegetables sounds like a great start, though. You need not do everything at once.

I'm feeling healthier already.  Thank you for the idea. I'm sure it was my lack of healthy choices that was in a large way pushing me into binging.
Today I had a bowl full of blue berries, strawberries, bananas, and apple slices. I also had a slice of 14 grain wheat toast with a pat of butter. |

Israel is the first country in the world with a country-wide electric car network - we don't want to use oil because it comes from enemy countries. I test drived one of the cars today (Renault Fluence) and it was out of this world in terms of comfort.
I think Israel's quick rollout of EV inrastructure is a proof that sometimes, conflict drives innovation.
In a different example, a man landed on the moon only because the US was in conflict with USSR. Just take one look at the dire state of NASA now that the cold war is over.

The car has an interface where you set your destination and it tells you if there is enough charge to get there. If there isn't, it'll add a battery replacement station mid-route, you'll drive there and a robot will replace your battery with a fully charged one in less than a minute.
