Great links, Astral. I relate to them strongly, and wonder to what degree others do or don't. (?? feedback?)

Also, always loved that Kate Bush song.

type what you want here

shoot, well quote this^ and you'll be able to see the format

basically, you replace the closing bracket of the first "url' with an equal sign,
place quotes around the url address,
and put the end bracket after the quoted url address...

then, type what you want in-between the first morphed url bracket grouping you made, and the closing [/url]

“If you don’t see it on the Animal Channel, it’s not about the Instincts.”
  ~ R&H Instincts Workshop ~

Here’s what we observe in the Animal Kingdom…
- Mating Call
- Mating Dance
- Sexual Plumage

Here’s a guy famous for all three of the above…

Goes into his Mating Dance from 0:50 to 1:03

  And from 0:47 to 0:53

Bring these moves to the IEA Dance

Talk about Sexual Plumage and Peacock Feathers…
Check out this collection of Jackets - 0:40 to 1:28

Cool.

I originally went for that clip because of the visuals, but it turns out the lyrics fall into a common sp/sx accident: The sp/sx songwriter realizes his feelings/emotions by observing how the environment has changed from the presence of the beloved (the particular flavor of the haunting), and how that charge/change registers to him on a sensual level.

You get a sense of the insularity and 'introversion' of the circumstance (sp/sx-ness) when you consider that the environmental charge is, in fact, largely imagined or entirely hallucinatory.

Sp/sx is slowly curling up like a snake around its own head, watching each new layer of self-coil slithering in front of its eyes...and imagining the maze of designs on its skin to be an outward reality.

When you came in, the air went out
And every shadow filled up with doubt

I love that intro, too bad the TV show isn't as good.

What you describe is exactly why I want to strangle sp/sx-ers.

whatever floats your boat...yeah there's bad acting with minor characters but the two leads are very strong

I didn't get much sx from her, though. what am I to do with the emotionally flat singing? it's not sx if it can lull me to sleep.

Sx firsts aren't obligated to be at max intensity all day every day.

yeah, that could put me to sleep too, as long as you weren't blasting it in my ear. it's monotonous and drones on and on...which means I could eventually tune it out.

she wasn't projecting sx to me, forget the words for a minute.

Well aren't you just little miss cool guy tastemaker. Whether or not you can stay awake during or like the song is barely even the point of it all.

I thought the words were the point? Your conception of the instincts is awfully stilted if all you're paying attention to is if it can hold your apparently tiny attention span.
