Additional Registration Information

All of the items below may be selected in Step 3 of the checkout process. Any discounts will be applied to your balance due after you have paid for the deposit. If you do not see this reflected, please contact the office before you pay your final balance.

Training Program Policies

All policies and prices are subject to change without notice. The most current policy is posted on our website. Please call our office if you have questions about our policies.

Single Rooms—If you would like to request a single room for a Part I Training at the Lodge at Simpsonwood, you may do so when you pay your deposit. You will be notified the week of the Training if you will receive a single room. For Trainings, the cost is $275 for the duration of the Training. For residential Workshops, the cost is $75.

Minimum Age—Anyone age 18 or older is welcome to come to a Training. It is possible for students as young as 16 to attend, but they must be mature, have prior experience with the Enneagram, and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. These decisions are made on a case by case basis by speaking with one of our Faculty. If you’d like us to consider your situation, please email Donna who will put you in touch with our Faculty.

For Events held at The Barn at Stone Ridge, NY

Enneagram Institute events will include catered lunch and dinner; however, for the present time, participants must arrange their own overnight accommodations. After registering for an event you will receive an information packet including a complete list of nearby B&Bs, hotels, and motels at various price ranges, as well as transportation information that includes airports, public transportation, shuttles, and taxis. Please contact our office if you have questions.

Discounts

Authorized Workshop Training Program—If you are enrolled in the Authorized Workshop Training Program (your AWTP application has been approved), you may be eligible for a half-price discount on the Workshop you are training to teach.

• For Workshops produced by The EI, you will receive a 50% reduction on tuition fees;
• For Workshops not produced by the EI, but taught by either Don or Russ, the discount available will vary by producer. In this case, please contact our office to find out the producer’s policy.
• For all other Workshops taught by Authorized Teachers, please contact the Teacher listed on the Schedule page.

Commuter—If you will not be staying on campus, you will receive a discount of $200 for residential Trainings, and $75 for residential Workshops. (Currently, all the events at The Barn at Stone Ridge, NY are not residential events.)

Finder's Fee—Any student whose recommendation results in someone registering for a Part I Training will receive a $50 credit towards their next purchase.

Group—If two or more people are registering at the same time for an event: for a Training, we offer $50 off each registration; for a Workshop, we offer $15 off each registration.

IEA Member Discount—If you are a member of the International Enneagram Association, you will receive a $50 discount on any Training you attend.

Multiple Trainings—If you register for Parts I, II, and III of the Training Program all at once, with a $500 deposit on each, we offer $100 off of the balance of each Training.

Returning Student—If you have already attended one Part of the Training Program and you wish to attend the same Part again, you will receive a discount:

• Faculty: Part I or III or Workshops: 35% off; Part II: 17.5% off
• Network: Part I or III or Workshops: 30% off; Part II: 15% off
• Certified: Part I or III or Workshops: 25% off; Part II: 12.5% off
• Student: Part I or III or Workshops: 20% off; Part II; 10% off

Discounts only apply to Trainings and Workshops that The Enneagram Institute is producing—see Schedule page if you're not sure who the producer is.

Scholarships—All scholarships are awarded based on applicant need and available scholarship funding, with the maximum amount awarded being $800.00. However, we rarely award that amount so that we can offer scholarships to more individuals. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, complete the Scholarship Application and return it to the address indicated on the form. Keep in mind that we rarely offer scholarships to Part II Trainings because our production costs are considerably higher.

Triple Room—If you will be staying in a triple room at a Training, we will discount your room fees by $50.
