The program cost for this Training is $1,690, including materials and lunch and dinner. (Please Note: Due to the fact that additional Faculty are present at the Part II, the program cost is higher than Parts I and III. Also, this event has a limited enrollment of 54 students.)

Registrants will need to reserve their own overnight accommodations; travel, housing, and tourist information is available. Registrations made before August 2, 2013 will be discounted $100—a $1,590 program cost. If you are registering before the above date please only pay the $500 deposit so the discount can be coded off the final balance payment.

This Training begins Friday at 7:00 pm (preceded by dinner at 6:00) and ends on Wednesday at 12:30 pm (followed by lunch).

If you have not been notified of an opening and see a deposit below, do not register since this is reserved for the next person on the wait list. If this occurs we must impose a $75 administration fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
