The program cost for this Training is $1,690, including materials and lunch and dinner. (Please Note: Due to the fact that additional Faculty are present at the Part II, the program cost is higher than Parts I and III. Also, this event has a limited enrollment of 54 students.)
Registrants will need to reserve their own overnight accommodations; travel, housing, and tourist information is available. Registrations made before August 2, 2013 will be discounted $100—a $1,590 program cost. If you are registering before the above date please only pay the $500 deposit so the discount can be coded off the final balance payment.
This Training begins Friday at 7:00 pm (preceded by dinner at 6:00) and ends on Wednesday at 12:30 pm (followed by lunch).
The Part II Training is now full. Please email Donna to be added to the wait list. If you have not been notified of an opening and see a deposit below, do not register since this is reserved for the next person on the wait list. If this occurs we must impose a $75 administration fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
