The TOLATsm (Team and Organization Level Assessment Tool) is the first test of its kind in the world to incorporate the Levels of Functioning with the Nine Domains. This unique test format ensures both completeness of the scope of the test statements as well as provides a clear and accurate assessment of the Level of Functioning of a team, group, or even an individual. The TOLATsm is easy to take, and does not use technical or threatening psychological or business jargon.
An easy way to take the TOLATsm is to have a group in mind—such as your family or a group you have worked with in the past—and to keep that group in mind as you answer the questions. The TOLATsm will give you the Level of health of that group. Another way to take the TOLATsm is to mentally translate the “team language” to “personal language” in each test statement. Using this method, you can take it as an individual and receive an indication of your personal Level of health.
Either way you take it—for a group you have been part of or as an individual—your results will include two reports: the “Level Indicator Report,” which specifies the Level that you or the team you had in mind are operating at, and the “Levels of Functioning Report,” a 20-page in-depth, presentation of the Levels for groups and teams.
Note that the TOLATsm has been conceived primarily as a test for teams. If you become a trained Facilitator, you will be trained to administer the TOLATsm to groups and teams, and the results will reflect the aggregated scores of all the members of the group, producing a report that indicates each Domain at each Level of Functioning, as well as the overall Level of Functioning of the group. Training as a 9D Facilitator also provides you with over 500 pages of new materials about how to interpret the TOLATsm process, including 90 Interventions & Practices for consultation and guidance of the team you are working with.
Please note that the $12 Individual TOLATsm is the same test as the Facilitated TOLAT, but it provides different results. Even if you have a group of people take the Individual TOLATsm, you will not receive the aggregated results that the Facilitated TOLATsm provides.
