In response to requests for continuing education by Riso-Hudson students for ongoing work beyond the current Training Program, The Enneagram Institute now offers an advanced Master Class for Enneagram teaching annually in December. A 'part 2' of the Master Class will also be offered in the future for advanced work and teacher preparation. The Master Class is open only to Riso-Hudson students (that is, to someone who has attended or registered for a Part I Training).

During the Master Class, Don and Russ personally lead participants through the many practical, personal, and spiritual aspects related to taking on the responsibility of teaching the Enneagram in a mature and compassionate way. Course design, creating individual and group exercises (monologues and repeating questions, for example), debriefing exercises, leading centerings and meditations, running short type and Instinct panels, marketing issues, copyright and legal/ethical issues, and many other 'behind the scenes' teaching issues are presented and discussed in detail.
