The Part III Training
The Advanced Training—Practical Applications and Further Explorations
In Part III, we build on the insights we have gathered in Part I and II, and develop ways to make practical applications of the Enneagram in our personal and professional lives. Part I Training is required before you can attend Part III; however, Parts II and III may be taken in any order.
In Part III, Don and Russ teach every session, providing new information and exposing participants to cutting-edge material that is not available anywhere else. The Part III is also highly interactive, drawing on the rich experience and knowledge of the participants in a wide variety of discussions, exercises, and panels.
The focus of the Part III is for Don and Russ to assist students in refining the skills they need to bring the Enneagram into their work and personal lives. Discussions, presentations, and experiential work enhance the student's ability to make practical applications of the Enneagram and include advanced topics that have implications for personal growth, therapy, and business.

This course meets the qualifications for 50 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. (The Enneagram Institute’s California BBS Continuing Education Provider Number is PCE 1847.) Many state boards recognize California’s authorization; check with your board for their policies.
Events at The Barn at Stone Ridge
Due to higher costs at The Barn, events will be at a higher rate as compared with our other US events (although prices at The Barn are still comparable to or even less than non-US events). Barn Trainings and Workshops are “premium” events that allow you to have:
- The experience of being at the World Headquarters of The Enneagram Institute, the only dedicated Enneagram training site in the world.
- The use of a brand new, state-of-the art, gorgeously appointed facility in a newly restored 1840 dairy barn, one of the original outbuildings of Don Riso’s 1791 Dutch Colonial stone house in Stone Ridge’s Historic District.
- Access to 72 acres of stunning grounds, both landscaped and wild, with streams, ponds, wildlife, and walking paths.
- Your choice of a private room off-campus (hotel or B&B) that meets your individual needs, with shuttle service to The Enneagram Institute.
- Healthy gourmet lunches and dinners served on site by a local caterer.
Housing and Travel
Participants must reserve their own overnight accommodations. A complete list of nearby accommodations at various price ranges, including a hotel shuttle service from selected hotels to The Barn can be found here. All lunches and dinners will be provided at The Barn; however, breakfast is not included. Travel information is available here, and more information will be provided once you have registered.

Any scholarship, or other discount you have received will be subtracted from your final balance after you have paid for the deposit.
