Most of us encounter the Enneagram as a useful system of personality types. We find it fascinating to see ourselves and others through the insights that the Enneagram offers. But at a certain point, we begin to see that the characteristics described in Enneagram books reflect only part of the picture.
At a deeper level, however, the Enneagram tells us about the relationship between our personality and our Essence, or spirit. This Workshop will focus on exercises to help us see through the veils of our personality structures to have a more direct experience of our Essence, our true spiritual nature. We will look at the personality types as nine distinct aspects of human nature that can be found in all of us regardless of our type. We will see how these different parts of ourselves manifest personally in our lives, and how, rightly understood they can lead us to deeper inner resources and lasting joy.
This Workshop will feature exercises for each type, as well as music, meditations, and practices that will help bring our Centers of intelligence (Thinking, feeling, and Instinct) into greater alignment, thus opening us to the transformative action of Spirit. We will focus primarily on the spiritual gifts of each type. If you are interested in finding more effective ways of using the Enneagram in your spiritual practice, or if you are interested in exploring the underlying meaning and Wisdom of the Enneagram, this Workshop will be highly relevant to you.
Optional Introductory Talk on the Enneagram and Spirituality
If this optional introductory talk is included, an overview of the Enneagram and Spirituality and a Question and Answer session also serve as a primer for the Weekend Workshop.

Relationships are one of the most rewarding—as well as the most frustrating aspects of our existence. Whether in intimate or work settings, the quality of our relationships has an enormous impact on the quality of our lives, on our self-esteem, and on our careers. Yet, we often find the behavior of others baffling—even if we have known them intimately for many years. Often, the very things that we do not understand in others are the greatest sources of problems and conflicts in our relationships. Clearly, the better we know ourselves and the people in our lives, the more harmonious and satisfying our relationships will be.
The Enneagram can help us tremendously in understanding our relationships. It is a remarkable system of nine basic personality types that sheds light on the most important psychological dynamics in our personality, as well as on the deeper spiritual yearnings of our soul. Each type has its own set of strengths, vulnerabilities, and perceptions of the world. The Enneagram can help us to realize who we are and what our greatest potentials might be, as well as to make sense of the sometimes confusing behavior of others.
Participants will be guided to use the Enneagram as a profound and immensely practical way to understand their relationships with others, both intimate and professional. Particular dynamics between the different types, effective methods for communicating with each type, and the ways in which the three Instinctual Variants (Subtypes) affect our main motivations in relationships will be covered.
The Insight Approach® will be used, employing interactive exercises, guided meditations, panels of exemplars, music, and other techniques to help participants recognize personal strengths as well as to uncover the blind spots that they bring to their relationships. If you want to improve your relationship with a spouse, child, friend, business associate, or family member, this Workshop will be invaluable.

Our instinctual nature, while extremely powerful in our decision-making processes, lifestyle choices, and orientation to day-to-day reality, is often given little emphasis in many spiritual paths, and the Instincts are often treated as an inherent problem—a distortion to be eliminated. This is understandable since this part of our nature is usually little interested in our spiritual or psychological development. Yet, without a clear and viable relationship with this aspect of our souls, it is extremely difficult to maintain an integrated approach to our path.
The Enneagram deals very directly with this aspect of the Self through teachings about the Three Instincts—Self-Preservation, Sexual (Attraction), and Social (Adaptation). Seminal ideas about the three Instincts go back at least as far as Gurdjieff’s teachings about the Centers and have equivalents in other spiritual traditions. In recent years, many Enneagram students have discovered the explanatory power of seeing how their instinctual bias operates in combination with their dominant Enneagram type. Learning how their type plays itself out through one of these Instincts can be as exciting as when we first learn about the Enneagram.
In this Workshop, we will first clarify and deepen our understanding of the Instincts, seeing them at work in our personal experience. We will also examine how our particular instinctual “stack”—the way we prioritize our basic human needs and values—is the pattern that most keeps us locked in the repetitive habits of our personality. (One of the quickest ways to unlock the Passion and Fixation of our type is to understand and work on the imbalance in our Instincts.) Recognizing the way we give energy to certain needs while neglecting others brings balance and helps us integrate the deeper experiences of Essence and Being that we may have had. Without such Inner Work, even profound experiences of Spirit and Oneness cannot affect our lives the way they could.
The Workshop will employ experiential dyads and triads, meditation, movement work, and music to help participants recognize the ways that these patterns express themselves in their lives. We will also explore concrete ways in which to bring greater balance in our approach to our instinctual life. Our approach is relaxed and conversational, with an emphasis on the development of our capacity to remain in Presence.

The Journey of Growth Workshop is about harnessing an understanding of the vertical dimension of the Enneagram, with all the dynamic inter-relationships of the types, to help us in our journey of psycho-spiritual growth. We explore how the Levels of Development, which provide a vertical dimension to the personality types, make clear the “inner logic” of each type and reveal how the various type traits and motivations as well as the movement along the arrows form an interrelated whole. All of these complex inter-relationships weave a subtle and profound web of inter-connections between the types which gives us guidance for our inner growth.
At their most profound, the Levels are the measure of each person’s degree of fixation within his or her own type, that is, the degree with which they are able to be Present vs. being swept away by past conditioning, reactivity, and defenses. Working with the Levels and internal dynamism of the Enneagram not only provides recognition for where we are in our journey of growth, but also guides us toward greater health and transformation.
The Levels were discovered by Don Riso in 1977 and subsequently further developed with Russ Hudson. The Levels provide a way of tracking each type’s movement along a continuum toward more freedom, consciousness, expansiveness, and Being in the higher Levels—or toward more reactivity, mechanicality, and self-destructiveness in the lower ones. By introducing this “vertical axis” to the types, the Levels explain some of the most important things that we find in human nature—fluidity and change, resistance and conflict, freedom and compulsion—among many human qualities.
In this Workshop, we explore how people “move” from one Level to another, along with other complex “horizontal” movements predicted by the Enneagram. We also see how the main characteristics of each type are related to the degree of contact with Essence as seen in the Levels. Exercises, music, and meditation are used as a way of grounding the information in our personal experience and to deepen our understanding. This Workshop is particularly valuable for those who wish to have more clarity and insight for using the Enneagram in personal growth.
The Levels of Development innovation is the only Enneagram work to be specifically endorsed by Ken Wilber, who has stated that only with this vertical dimension taken into account, does the Enneagram system move toward being a complete psychology. Don Riso and Russ Hudson are the only Enneagram authors to write and teach about the Levels, thus giving their work an extraordinary explanatory power and making a wide range of practical applications possible.
Please Note: This is the same Workshop we formerly named the “Levels of Development.” We have changed the title and description to align them with the material being taught.

This Workshop focuses on the type-specific challenges and path of recovery for each Enneagram Type. As many know from direct experience, many individuals relapse after early recovery (sober and clean 1-5 years), middle recovery (6-15 years), and ongoing recovery (16 years clean/sober and beyond). Many arrive at difficult stuck-points and experience unexpected loneliness, emptiness, meaninglessness, and despair—in spite of experiencing numerous satisfying years on the recovery road. Unbeknownst to them, they are at a doorway of a pivotal and transformative opportunity. With the right knowledge, they could successfully navigate through these blockages to embrace deeper freedom, well-being, intimacy, and happiness.
This workshop is designed for therapists, social workers, mental health professionals, family members, and those traveling the road of addiction recovery to identify and successfully navigate the very predictable and often difficult, type-specific junctures, challenges, and stuck-point dynamics each type will face in early, middle, and ongoing recovery. Utilizing the Levels of Development and The Nine Strata, we will examine the often mysterious cycles and rhythms of true transformation, and the necessary growth cycles one must encounter (in which things get more difficult rather than easier for a period of time).
As noted in The Wisdom of the Enneagram: “The process of growth entails an ongoing cycling among letting go of old blockages, opening up to new possibilities in ourselves, and then encountering deeper levels of blockage.” Participants will receive clarity, guidance, support, and understanding of the type-specific psychological and emotional challenges they will navigate throughout the full scope of their recovery while embracing deeper experiences of joy, self-confidence, and clarity.
This Enneagram Institute Workshop is taught by EI Faculty Member and Licensed Addictions Therapist/Clinical Supervisor Michael Naylor. It includes presentation, meditation, and experiential exercises.

“Always remember that when the shadows in ourselves are touched by the light of awareness, they become doors through which grace transforms our lives.”—from Enneagram Transformations (1992)
A growing number of people are aware of the Enneagram as an accurate and profound map of human personality. The nine types of the Enneagram are based on the three primary centers of human intelligence: thinking, emotion, and instinct. However, in almost all human beings, distortions or blockages in these centers have led to a loss of connection with our essential nature, the very ground of our Being, and to the arising of ego structures to compensate for this loss. Thus, while our Enneagram type usually obscures our true nature with a characteristic web of defenses and identifications, it can also serve as an opening to the deeper reality of spirit.
This workshop will emphasize recognizing the ways that each of the nine types plays out in our own personalities. We will combine psychological insight into the inner workings of the types with meditation practices and exercises to lead participants toward a more direct experience of qualities of essence such as presence, clarity, compassion, and joy. Conversational instruction will be combined with guided meditations, small group work, physical movements, music, and other tools so that we can more fully integrate the richness of the Enneagram material in our daily work and relationships. Some familiarity with the books, Personality Types—Revised Edition (1996) and The Wisdom of the Enneagram, both by Don Riso with Russ Hudson, is recommended.
Taught by Russ Hudson and Jessica Dibb, this Workshop focuses on how the core of our desire to heal, grow, and self-actualize is our yearning to find our Essence, or True Self. The Enneagram can be our map on the journey from a singular, fixated personality to psychological wholeness and liberation.
The Enneagram describes nine distinct personality types, each one based in an aspect of our Essential Nature. Because each type represents only one aspect of our essence, it blocks us from having a whole experience of awakened consciousness and the divine, which leads to distortions that adversely affect our psychological development, life choices, spiritual practices, and choice of spiritual paths. This is why, even when we have real moments of awakening, we are rarely able to integrate them into our life.
In this Workshop, we experience how the nine personality pathways can be a tool for dissolving the blocks to our full awakening and integration. Through instruction, self-inquiry, meditation, breathwork, movement, chanting, shadow work, and deepening the ability to maintain presence, we cultivate lasting transformation.

As of 2002, this Workshop is a required component of the Riso-Hudson Enneagram Training Program. This Workshop employs visual models, discussion, music, and deep experiential work to introduce the Psychic Structures of the nine Enneagram types. The Psychic Structures are concrete “blueprints” for the inner mechanisms of each type. They are symbolic representations of psychological processes and are especially powerful for visually oriented people and for those who wish to have a “gestalt” of each type as a whole. With these vivid and dynamic models, you will be able to see with startling clarity what is happening in each type and why.
By the end of this Workshop, you will understand each type as a coherent whole and have deeper insight into the mechanisms that drive them. It is only with this kind of clear understanding that true compassion can arise-as well as the depth of awareness that would make possible a resolution of each type’s illusions and inner conflicts. Many who have learned the Psychic Structures have said that they are the most illuminating thing they have ever been taught about the Enneagram.
This Workshop is also about the role of the superego. The Psychic Structures reveal how our ego activity is driven by the superego, the “inner critic,” that restricts us and keeps us reacting according to past patterns. We will explore how the superego creates each type’s inner conflicts and self-defeating habits, and explore ways to counteract its deadening, limiting effects.
Experiential exercises for each type will focus on reclaiming our presence and vitality by revealing the superego’s false and restrictive patterns and self-concepts. We will work with all nine types in depth since each of us has all nine types within us.
This information was formerly only available as part of the five-day residential Part I of the Riso-Hudson Enneagram Professional Training Program. But because of its extraordinary usefulness to therapists, counselors, and to all serious students of the Enneagram, we wanted to make it available to everyone.
This Workshop is the fourth component of the full Riso-Hudson Training Program and is required for the Riso-Hudson Enneagram certification program. If you are planning to certify with The Enneagram Institute, this Workshop is an opportunity to complete one of its requirements, and can be taken at any time in the Training Program sequence.

One of the most amazing things about the Enneagram is that it maps out not only the different patterns of personality, but also a broad range of profound inner states—the very source of creativity and spiritual illumination. It shows us that there are many dimensions to our consciousness, and that while we may have some genuine and profound illuminations, there may also be other aspects of Consciousness that remain obscure to us. As we learn to flow with more and more of these dimensions, something amazing begins to occur: consciousness itself begins to spontaneously re-weave us and to show us new, hitherto unimaginable ways that reality is expressing itself—both as us and as the world. We become firsthand witnesses to an evolutionary process occurring in us here and now. And this in turn gives us vast new resources for the resolution of longstanding inner conflicts and difficulties.
We can then view all of the nine types as paths—as opportunities or gateways to the deeper dimensions of the soul, seeing how they build on each other and guide us toward a more comprehensive and integral vision of ourselves and reality. We will examine all nine points from the perspective of the Essential qualities, Holy Ideas, and Virtues, but with particular attention to the particular patterns that need to be illuminated in each point in order to fully live, relate, and function from what is truly real in us. We will combine experiential exercises, meditation, music, and periods of spontaneous inquiry to deepen our Presence and to explore the interface between our ego consciousness and the realms of freedom and vastness that are our True Nature. There will be many opportunities for questions and shared exploration.
Please note that knowledge of the Enneagram is helpful but not essential; however, participants must be willing and able to “go deep” into themselves and this profound material. Reading The Wisdom of the Enneagram is recommended before coming.
Participation in The Enneagram of Emergence Part 1 is highly recommended but not required. Previous study of the Higher Aspects (Essential Qualities, Virtues, & Holy Ideas) is required for those not attending the Part 1. Drawing on the ideas we were exploring in Part 1, Russ will use the teachings of the Higher Aspects as a springboard for discovering new frontiers of presence-based relationship. It is his hope that everyone will find some new experiential understanding of the difference between relatedness in the here and now, and “relationship” as a structure in our mind which is often unrelated to what is really happening in the dynamic field with another. We will weave in some other powerful elements, such as the creative polarities of Divine Masculine and Feminine (as opposed to traditional masculine and feminine roles), the balancing of the Instinctual biases (stacks) and natural functioning of the Three Centers to keep us in a flow of emergent consciousness, with less and less dependence on historical patterns and identities.
Come ready to play, to explore, and to engage deeply with co-participants to see what we can discover about authentic relatedness when we are no longer connecting to ourselves or others through the ego’s various roles. Sessions will be highly interactive with movement work, music, and periods of focused contemplation. Russ has long felt that we live in a time where the riches of the inner life must become explicitly expressed and lived as outer life and as the foundation of culture and connection. He feels that this is the particular challenge of our time. And while he does not expect to come up with final answers in this workshop, he is thrilled by the possibilities these new explorations can offer.
In this Essential Qualities Workshop, Russ Hudson will lead participants into a clearer understanding of the non-dual Essential Qualities that are the fundamental spiritual core of each Enneagram type.
The Enneagram has usually been taught mainly as a psychological system, with only passing reference to the deeper spiritual aspects of it—or, worse, the Higher Aspects (Holy Ideas, Virtues, and Essential Qualities) have been misunderstood, psychologized, or changed arbitrarily, watering down one of the most valuable and profound dimensions of the system. A “right understanding” of the Higher Aspects clarifies the specific domains of the non- dual realms which are indicated by each type of the Enneagram (from Level 1 and onward) as a “higher octave” of consciousness.
From this higher point of view, Russ will lead participants through teaching, music, meditation, exercises, and discussion to a deeper understanding and experience of one of the Higher Aspects, the Essential Qualities. We will explore how each of the nine personality types, as we commonly know them, form from a perceived loss of contact with the Essential Qualities. Participants will come to deeply understand how the entire personality structure of each type develops in the ego’s misguided attempt to regain contact with these parts of our True Nature. For more about the Essential Qualities, read a recent article.
Please note that knowledge of the Enneagram is helpful but not essential; however, participants must be willing and able to “go deep” into themselves and this profound material. This workshop is continually updated with new insights, understandings, and exercises.
The Enneagram is a comprehensive psycho-spiritual typology that has its roots in several ancient wisdom traditions as well as in the findings of modern psychology.
Most of us originally discover the Enneagram as a typology: It draws meaningful distinctions about the nine different ways that people approach their lives and relationships. But more profoundly, the Enneagram is a map of wholeness, a way of recognizing and investigating different aspects and dimensions of our inner experience. In this workshop, we will go beyond describing the different behaviors of the nine types, and look more deeply into very foundation of our sense of self. We will use exercises, music, and discussion to deepen our Presence and to explore the interface between our ego consciousness and the realms of freedom and vastness that are our True Nature.
When we are truly living in the Now, we perceive reality as a magnificent, dynamic unity. The Holy Ideas highlight nine fundamental perspectives on this non-dual reality: They reveal how the world appears to a consciousness no longer distorted by the ego’s sense of separateness. By contemplating the nine Holy Ideas and the corresponding nine Virtues, we are brought into a deeper communion with the depth of our Being and with the truth of Reality.
See what people have to say about their experience at The Enneagram of Holy Ideas Workshop.
While there is growing interest among Enneagram students in understanding the higher aspects of the Enneagram, the qualities found there are non-dual and, thus, beyond the normal operation of the personality and the egoic mind. In this Workshop, we will explore the Virtues (qualities of the awakened heart), Holy Ideas (perspectives of the awakened mind), and Essential Qualities (qualities of awakened being).
We will learn how the Virtues and the Holy Ideas are the fruit of practice. The nine Virtues represent the qualities cultivated in a heart purified from the Passions, and the nine Holy Ideas represent the perspectives of the clarified Mind, freed from the Fixations, or fixated patterns of thinking. We will also explore how each of the nine personality types, as we commonly know them, form from a perceived loss of contact with the Essential Qualities.
As we work through the various issues blocking and distorting our clear-minded, open-hearted, and simply-present response to the world, we begin to experience the true nature of Reality and to become a person of Essence. We will use exercises, music, and discussion to deepen our Presence and to explore the interface between our ego consciousness and the realms of freedom and vastness that are our True Nature.
It has long been known in spiritual traditions that the heart is the central location of genuine human transformation. Indeed, when a person we know has truly made an important change in her life, we say “She had a change of heart.” But what exactly is this change of heart? What exactly changes in our emotional life? And how can we open more to what will most expedite this transformation?
The Enneagram has much to say about this, and it is here that we come in contact with some of the central ideas around which the entire modern Enneagram movement is based. The Enneagram teachings about the transformation of the heart are some of the first teachings of mystical Christianity, and part of the practices of the Desert Fathers who studied the ways in which we human beings lose touch with the Divine. These teachings direct us to notice the suffering in our heart created by that deep inner disconnect, and to see how again and again, as soon as we come home to ourselves, to the living moment, the heart begins to transform into its more fully realized and mature expression. Other early traditions in Judaism and Islam point in the same direction. The Nine Passions of the Enneagram, the basis of each of the type structures, are really a study of the particular symptoms and sources of suffering that cause us to habitually leave our presence, and thus, unwittingly abandon our hearts. As we notice these patterns and habits in ourselves, we find incredible inner riches and resources available for our healing and for our true purposes here on earth.
This Workshop explores this “change of heart” from a deeply experiential perspective. We will take our time, locating and being with each of the nine Passions, seeing how they operate in our own personal lives as well how they point to a profound longing to be and to live our deepest truth. The word “virtue” comes from the latin “vir” or man—meaning they are the qualities of true manhood, or in more modern and gender-balanced language, of true spiritual maturity. Thus, they represent a strength and fullness of heart, as distinguished from the heart caught in endless reactivity or numbness. We will learn how being present with ourselves supports the heart, giving it the nourishment it needs to grow into its full flowering.
We will also contemplate each of the Virtues, not as something abstract or esoteric, but as markers of some of the most rich and rewarding moments of our lives. We will recognize how close this beautiful depth is to our day-to-day experience, and as something we have always known. We will share our own experiences of touching this depth and discover again how we can live and work with other human beings without needing to abandon our connection with our Essential core. Indeed, we will see that our true love and work tend to emerge as we learn to remain connected to this core. We will also discover how the Virtues can continually grow and develop in us as we orient our lives more and more toward presence.
This workshop will provide meditations and teachings on each of the Passions and Virtues, followed by specific exercises, movement work, music, and group sharing as a way of grounding the information in our personal experience and deepening our understanding. We will learn about the nine different types, of course, but our focus will be on how each of these nine transformations take place within ourselves and others. The content represents our latest discoveries and realizations in these areas, and is continually updated with new insights, understandings, and exercises. Previous workshops are not required, but some basic knowledge of the types may be helpful.
Most of us initially encounter the Enneagram as a typing system—a way of recognizing the principal characteristics in ourselves and others. But if we continue to study this work, we come to understand that the Enneagram is actually a system to support us in coming back to ourselves in the living moment: to remember ourselves as Gurdjieff put it. The more we study the Enneagram in conjunction with an inner practice to develop our capacity to be present, the more we discover how limited our perspectives have been, and the more the amazing vistas of our consciousness begin to reveal themselves.
We can then see all of the nine types as paths—as journeys that we all must take on the way to awakening. Thus, while I am still supported by seeing the tendencies of my own Enneagram type, I can also be called back to Presence by the opportunities presented by all of the types within me. We want to approach the nine points as opportunities or gateways to the deeper dimensions of the soul, seeing how they build on each other and guide us toward a more comprehensive and integral vision of ourselves and reality. We will examine all nine points from the perspective of the Essential qualities, Holy Ideas, and Virtues, but with particular attention to the particular patterns that need to be illuminated in each point in order to fully live, relate, and function from what is truly real in us.
The workshop will combine deep experiential work, meditation, and music, with periods of spontaneous inquiry into the topics we are exploring. Russ will draw on his many years of teaching, his extensive experience in the Fourth Way traditions, as well as his own perceptions of objective reality to guide participants toward a deeper realization of their own true nature, and of the spiritual possibilities of the Enneagram. There will be many opportunities for questions and shared exploration.
At the core of the desire to heal, grow, and self-actualize is the yearning to experience Essence—fundamentally the desire to be reunited with the Beloved, to experience True Self, to dwell in the Absolute. Taught by Russ Hudson and Jessica Dibb, this ground-breaking workshop synthesizes deep transformative practices with the exquisite guidance of the Enneagram.
This intensive workshop is intended for profound personal growth work. It is a unique journey to explore the healthy levels of each enneatype and bring greater understanding to the path of awakening and enlightenment. It is also instructive for coaches, therapists, and spiritual directors to support higher levels of client development.
As a result of psychological openings and spiritual practice, many people experience states of awakening such as boundless awareness, compassion, union, and many others. However, rarely are these states of “self-realization” integrated fully into ordinary consciousness. Because our personality fixation has a natural inclination for one aspect of our essential nature, it cannot access a whole experience of consciousness or the Divine. This leads to distortions which adversely affect psychological development, life choices, spiritual practices, and even the choice of a spiritual path. Unless the persistence of the “invisible veil” of one’s type is dissolved, seekers may not be able to permanently integrate their awakenings into daily life. Participants will learn about the nine pathways to realization and embodied Essence, as well as the characteristic blockages to awakening and integration and particular ways that they can break through these blocks.
Throughout the Workshop, Russ and Jessica will guide participants through a variety of spiritual practices and dynamic psychological insights to opening more deeply to lasting transformation. These include personal instruction and self-inquiry, meditation, breathwork, movement, chanting, shadow work, and the deepening of the ability to maintain Presence.
This Workshop is intended for serious and dedicated seekers only; it is not for beginners or for those unfamiliar with the Enneagram or with Inner Work. Participants must have:

Essence Emerging is an ongoing Inner Work group, led by Russ Hudson and Jessica Dibb, dedicated to supporting the emergence of the full spectrum of Essence, Consciousness, and the Divine in human life. It is a radical and experimental adventure, seeking to help accelerate the awakening of participants so that we can contribute more powerfully to the challenges of our times. The purpose of this work is to support us individually and collectively in growing beyond any limiting beliefs or methods we have been identified with, and to experience and embody the totality of Essence in every aspect of our lives.
The “Essence Emerging” Ongoing Work is committed to creating an environment in which participants can explore and experience their own shadow areas and unconscious preferences, and open to a deeper, more integrated and encompassing experience of Consciousness and the Divine. The work meets the need to find the truly spiritual in a fully embodied and well-rounded human life. We will explore the myriad ways in which the spiritual reality is constantly expressing itself in our everyday lives and relationships. “Essence Emerging” is born out of the understandings of our own personal journeys, as well as our observation and mentoring of others.
The current Essence Emerging group has been meeting for six years and has become a dynamic, committed community for authentic, organic, and emergent awakening, in a challenging and nurturing environment. Some of the themes are: three-centered presence; dissolving the illusory boundary of inner and outer; light and dark; dynamism and stillness; will and willingness; True Love; non-local consciousness; the enlightened instincts; and sacred leadership. At present this group is not bringing in new members. If you are interested in becoming part of an Essence Emerging ongoing Inner Work group, please contact Jessica.
