Specializing In
Enneagram Work
Clients discover their Enneagram Personality Types to
observe how they affect the relevant relationship. For individuals,
pairs, or groups-teams, families, couples (large groups in workshop
format). The client determines desired outcome, and Enneagram
theory is applied to support that outcome. Tailored to the client's
needs.
Mediation Services
Mediation Services (except divorce) for persons and organizations.
Specific Enneagram instruction or theory included upon request;
in every case, mediation is enhanced by my Enneagram background.
EnnCourage Your KidsSM Workshops
Parents (or other caregivers) discover their Enneagram Types
and explore how they are expressed in their parenting. Objective
is to increase self-observation skills to avoid repeating family
patterns deemed undesirable. Often, parents discover their children’s
types, which helps even more. Sometimes offered publicly.
Public Workshops
On a rotating basis, the following topics are presented
locally from an Enneagram perspective: Working with Perfectionism;
Claiming Your Personal Power; Keeping The Four Agreements;
Enneagram? What's That?
Personal Statement
In my work, I see teams become more productive, couples
enjoy each other more, parents avoid "the way my parents did
it." Sometimes, it's as simple as meetings being
less contentious and more productive. Sometimes, it's as
deep as someone releasing years of pain as they finally
understand its roots. Most of the time, it's somewhere
in between.
The Enneagram brings people home to themselves. Puzzling
people no longer seem so difficult, and new self-understanding
allows compassion for self to arise. Conflicts dissolve; there
is less need to take things so personally. There is room for more
of the good stuff. Wherever there are people, the Enneagram can
help, and I love using the Riso-Hudson Insight ApproachSM. It
enables me to meet people where they are and share the Enneagram
in whatever way meets their needs. The Enneagram truly changes lives.
I am honored to do this work.
