The 3D Enneagram
A three-day programme offering a foundational understanding of the Riso-Hudson Insight Approach®. An in-depth exploration of the levels of development, dynamics movements, and influence of the wings: providing practical ways to function at your best, avoid stress related problems, and improve personal relationships.
Coaching
The Enneagram is an exceptional model for coaching, especially when combined with NLP and LAB profile techniques. I offer one-to-one coaching for business executives or people who need help with general life issues.
Personal Statement
I believe passionately that the world is in need of more people with higher levels of awareness, increased flexibility, personal responsibility, and compassion. In my experience the Enneagram is one of the most comprehensive and practical approaches for understanding people and offering guidance for personal development.
I feel very honoured to be a member of The Enneagram Institute's network. The Riso-Hudson Enneagram Centre of Sussex is amongst the first in the UK to expand the work of Don and Russ to organisations and people throughout Europe.
There is a recognised desire for meaning and connection in the corporate environment: a need to alleviate stress related problems and adopt ethical trading policies whilst maintaining and growing profits.
