Professional Background
Michael Bunting holds an honors degree in business administration and has been involved in organizational development work, leadership development and executive coaching for several years now. Michael has trained and coached over 5000 people and has worked with well known organizations like Eli Lilly, 3M, Sara Lee and Halifax Bank of Scotland.
Specializing In
Executive coaching and development and larger scale group work. Michael has studied and practiced both eastern and western philosophical traditions his entire adult life. His approach can range from a purely spiritual orientation right through to a pragmatic corporate orientation. He always endeavors to help people understand the deepest truths with the simplest everyday language.
Personal Statement
Michael feels the single most important question in life is "Who am I?" All spiritual and self development processes must be aimed at bringing us closer and closer to the answer of this essential question. The way we relate to life is entirely filtered through the lens of who we think we are and if we are to believe the great mystics this is exactly why we find ourselves lost in the world of fears, anger, guilt, hurt etc. so much of our lives We are never quite satisfied, or quite content enough... To make a contribution to the deeper fulfillment of other human beings is truly a privilege, and this is one of the great parts of being involved with the Riso Hudson Enneagram work.
