Approach Statement |

The Enneagram serves as a powerful tool for understanding ourselves and others in ways that are incredibly helpful in our work lives as well as in our personal lives. Understanding and appreciating the different ways in which people see and experience the world is fundamental for improving our relationships, building stronger teams, enhancing our leadership capabilities, improving our parenting skills, and living richer and more rewarding lives.
My own personal work with the Enneagram has had an impact on me far greater than I ever could have imagined. I find that teaching and sharing the Enneagram with others is a delightful and rewarding experience. As I work with groups and individuals, I see the light bulbs come on, the excitement build, and the appreciation for self and others grow. There are many powerful applications of the Enneagram and the Riso-Hudson Approach provides the opportunity to tailor the application to the needs of the individuals or group. The Enneagram truly changes lives and I am honored to be doing this work. |
