My practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Enneagram Teacher and Counselor with a sub-specialty in treating addictive and compulsive disorders, focuses on assisting adults, children and couples to design lives that are meaningful, balanced and creative.
The Enneagram, powerful and compassionate, illuminates a pathway toward integration, a bridge to the life one truly desires, and restores hope for love and joy in one’s treasured relationships. Combined with systems therapies, it is a powerful tool for transformation, especially when dealing with compulsive patterns that inhibit one’s freedom to choose a rewarding life. The Enneagram facilitates positive change, where one “wakes up” and “relaxes” into the realization of a precious new life.
Personally, as an artist, The Enneagram, has helped me break through all manners of performance issues, fears and doubts only to discover the excitement of living a passionate, creative life. I am honored to be a part of the Riso-Hudson Enneagram Family of Teachers. |
