Who should open a business account?
Business accounts are intended for anyone who uses the RHETI in their organization to administer tests to others. The RHETI is widely used today in many professional environments and applications, including coaching/consulting, corporations, universities, healthcare, and religious/spiritual organizations.

What’s the difference between individual codes and business codes?
Individual codes may be purchased and given away to others, but you will not have access to others' test results. Individual codes expire in 90 days. Business codes are linked to your business account so that you have access to your test takers’ results. Business account codes expire in 180 days.

How much does it cost to open a business account?
Nothing! Opening a business account is absolutely free.

How do I open a business account?
Simply go to our business account registration page and enter your email address to begin. You will receive a confirmation email, which will contain a verification link that you must click to continue. Once your account registration is complete, you may purchase and begin using test codes immediately.

How do I purchase test codes?
First, create/log in to your business account. Any time you are logged in, you may purchase test codes by clicking "Order Tests," or by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! We offer a range of volume discounts beginning at orders of 20 or more tests. Volume discounts are calculated on a per order basis.

How many times can I use a code?
Test codes are valid for one-time use only.

Do codes expire?
Business account test codes expire 180 days from the date of purchase.

How do I keep track of my codes/test takers?
When you order codes, they are sent to you in a spreadsheet for your convenience that you may use to keep track of your codes and test takers. You may also log in to your account to search, sort, filter, and export your up-to-date test code information from your Test Details screen at any time. Customers are responsible for tracking their own prepaid codes.

How do I administer tests?
Administering tests to others from your business account is very simple. Just pre-purchase the number of tests you require, and you will receive a spreadsheet containing one test code for each RHETI test you purchased. Assign and distribute one code to each test taker. Test results are available immediately, and are emailed as a PDF to the test administrator, the test taker, or both, depending on your account settings).

A test taker simply goes to tests.enneagraminstitute.com, enters their code, enters their name and email address, and begins the test. We recommend about 40 minutes to complete the RHETI in one sitting. If a test taker does not complete the RHETI and returns to the test later, they may enter do so by going back to tests.enneagraminstitute.com and entering the same test code and email address. We do not save answers, so they will need to begin again from the first question. 

Who receives the test results?
You have three choices of who receives the test results PDF via email immediately upon completion of a test:
1) Test administrator only (default setting)
2) Test taker only
3) Both test administrator and test taker

You may change your results settings at any time from your Dashboard and Manage Account pages. Changing your results settings applies immediately to any tests completed from that point forward. As the test administrator, you always have access to and may download your test takers' results from your Test Details page, regardless of your results settings.

What is included in the test results?
The RHETI results come in PDF format and include a test taker’s scores for all nine types in a full-spectrum profile, as well as the Expanded Type Descriptions (of over 2,500 words each) for the top three scores. These type descriptions have been revised and updated to provide the most comprehensive type summaries available.

I used to have an account. Why doesn't my username/password work?
Account dashboards from prior versions of our website are no longer supported. Please create a new business account, or contact support if you have any questions. 

Can I add multiple names/email address to the account?
For security purposes, our system only allows one test administrator and email address per business account. For organizations that require multiple people to have access to a business account, we recommend a creating a user-neutral email address (i.e. [email protected]) that multiple people may access.
