Refund & Cancellation Policies
Testing Center Purchases
The Enneagram Institute® will accept refund requests for any unused online test codes purchased directly from The Enneagram Institute® Testing Center, within 7 calendar days of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] and provide the following information: purchaser name, email address, billing address, date of purchase, order number, and number of unused tests to be refunded. All information is required for a refund to be issued. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and issued to the same credit card on which the original purchase was made. Limit one full or partial refund per order number.
Trainings, Workshops & Retreats
As of January 1, 2017, the following refund policies are in effect for The Enneagram Institute® produced Trainings and Workshops. Any cancellation of your registration(s) will result in a minimum administrative charge of $150.00. Events not produced by The Enneagram Institute® are governed by the policy of the producer, so please check with them directly for their policies.
The Enneagram Institute® acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may occur that would prevent a registered participant from attending a Training, Workshop, or Retreat.
If a registrant cancels:
- 45 days or more before the start of an event:
The Enneagram Institute® will issue a 100% refund, less a $150 administrative fee.
- 30-45 days before the start of an event:
- The Enneagram Institute® will issue a 100% refund, less a $150 administrative fee, if it is able to fill the vacancy before the start of the event.
- The Enneagram Institute® will issue a 50% refund, less a $150 administrative fee, if it is unable to fill the vacancy before the start of the event.
- Under 30 days before the start of an event:
The Enneagram Institute® may issue, at its sole discretion, a refund up to but not to exceed 25% of the tuition fee, less a $150 administrative fee.
- Once an event has begun:
The Enneagram Institute® is unable to issue refunds.
